Junior Accounts Officer	Assistants of the Central Secretariat Service with 5 years’ Service in the grade or with 10 year’s combined service in the grades of Assistant/Upper Division Clerk or Upper Division Clerk of Central Secretariat Clerical Service with 10 years’service in the grade, who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts work in the institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent and Possess three years’experience of cash, accounts and budget work
Stenographer Grade-I	Holding analogous posts; or (ii) Stenographers in the scale of Rs.425-700 service in the grade
Radiographer	A (i) Diploma in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology or Medical Technology (Radiography) or Radiography and Imaging science or X-Ray Technology or Medical Radiologic Technology or RadioloEy and imaging or Radio-Imaging Technology from a recognized University or institute; (ii) Two years experience in the field of Radiography in a recognized Hospital or Health Centre
Supervisor-cum-Chemist	B.Sc., with Chemistry as the major subject (2) Experience of not less than 2 years in a Rubber Industry or in an Institution engaged in research relating to rubber Manufacture.
Orthotic Technician	1. Passed Matriculation or equivalent. 2. Should have undergone 18 months training in a recognized reputed Institution in the manufacture of orthopaedic footweJn appliances, splints, branches and artificial limbs. Desirable : 1. Diploma in Physiotherapy issued by the Tamil Nadu Government or Equivalent qualifications recognized by Government of India. 2.Experience in orthotic work for leprosy patients.
Cobbler Grade-I	Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department (oR) (ii) With 3 years service in the Cobbler Grade-II rendered after appointment thefto on a regular basis in level-1 in the pay matrix (Rs.18,000-56,900/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or deparEment;
